Our world is cast into shadow

Covered in pools of black chaos and anarchy

Filled by the blood drained from the people around us

Driven by our basic animal instinct

Compulsive, confused, conceded, commanding

We as a race are destructive

We believe we are superior

That we are better than our primitive and savage forefathers

For merely being for elegant in our forms

But we have become a parasitic infection on our planet

Destroying resources we need

Adding to resources we don’t

Creating ineffective political policies

Creating war

Encouraging lust, violence, and gluttony

Watching as the youth turn into the elderly

How our world is worse off in this generation without a sense of honor

A sense of dignity

A sense of courage

A sense of knowing what is right, fair, and just

View with clarity the utter vulgarity, vanity, insanity, and a duality of humanity

And maybe you can help yourself and those around you change our home

Into a better place

No matter the name you call our planet
