Imperfections

the things she thought eveyone seen.

the blemishes, her lack of uniqueness, her marred body and short hair.

each and every flaw stood out.

she has picked out every defect and short coming.

how selfish.

picking out everything wrong with herself

pushing it up and to the front of her thoughts

but thats just her nature.

but he.

he didnt care.

he looked past the way she laughed at everything.

the fact that she didnt look like a typical girl.

he looked past all of her hatred and acidity.

giving her a reason to be. to want to be.

meant to be.

thats what they called it

meaning to be together, her destiny, his destiny.

imperfection. her biggest flaw.

but it was his favorite thing

he adored every word she said and every crooked smile she managed to break.

in his eyes she was imperfect, and that was more than tolerable
