imperial

a crystal deep within me its light grows paler everyday when i'm with you i can feel its strength light welling up inside my chest i begin to feel weak silently thinking "i was hoping that i'd meet you again" my body feels warm just like when you took my hand as we danced and felt like royalty then you gazed in my eyes and told me quietly "the only way to banish the darkness is with an even greater light"
