Impossibilities

All I need is the promise of a future. A promise to myself, Or sent from others; The source is irrelevant. All I need is the guarantee of a life. A life that I dreamed, Or one as equally great. All the things that I need are impossible Impossible to guarantee that I'll survive tomorrow, A promise to have the life I want They require hard work and a lot of fucking effort. I'm exhausted at 17 years old. I'm terrified of my own failure. I'm ashamed of my fears. If this is growing up, Then it really sucks. All I need are the impossibilities, Because hopefully in this world, It'll be just impossible enough.
