THE IMPOSSIBLE ROSE
The Impossible Rose
Twisted Rose of love was given
He was pursued by a throng of lust and passion
That I was not given ;
With idling patience of holding on to the love
He wants in tentative low gear of his actions ,
This love started to grow like that old red rose
Of long ago he holds ;
When he accelerated, boastful, certainly sure,
I ask for the impossible and this rose is what I
Hold in my heart from what is far ;
But I give her to god with an note from his heart ,
Come to me with the evening star ;
Speak softly I will to thee ,I hold this rose in my
Hand as this and it is fading fast ,
Nothing is impossible with you God you are the maker
Of all roses ;
Give this love a head start it is from far ;
She is the rose of my broken heart ;
I give you the impossible love of my heart .
