The Imposter
Silently through the dead night
Crept the feet of the devious pseudo
To devise a bold plan was he
That would leave peoples’ mouth open with awe.
He was just a rash young firebrand
But his deceiving thoughts germinated in his mind.
His friend tried to dissuade him from doing so
But his opinion was a matter of complete indifference.
As the sky frowned
The chances of his sinister plan failing
Was now diminishing
Very soon, havoc would be created.
In silence he trespasses into it
Secretly cracking the code was his motive.
He must do it quick for time was running out
Like a ferocious lion he ran as the alarm screamed.
He scurried through he sodden leaves
His task was completed
Its obvious, it was not futile
He was completely unscathed from the wreck.
He had triumphed from a perilous plan
A plan that had put his life in jeopardy.
This maliciously hostile thief loved to inflict pain
His plan succeeded without leaving an iota of evidence.
He ran as the dogs sniffed out his trail
And winced as the dogs bit him
Reminding him that evil does not rule over humanity
His mind was filled with resentment.
As the officers took him away
In a gruesome tone, he declared he would be back
He bellowed in pain a cry for vengeance
For all those who had betrayed him.
The dilapidated building finally collapsed
As the notorious villain was headed for prison
He would reinforce his alliances
And vanquish his enemies with a better motive.
As the moon shone with a starry luster
The optimistic sun would come up
And begin a whole new day
But evil would never dominate over humanity.
