Mark 3:25

25 And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

Impressions.

Many orders and directions are shown... to work their way into new ideas

Trust to follow for changes prone are setting the pace for a new culture here.

All things work together for the good ... as we try to develop employees

and the more our plans are understood ... the more valuable some ideas.

To form a new culture we'll praise the good ... and the failures we don't mention.

Through time humanity was misunderstood so now we'll change with good intention.

No more imposed discipline is needed ... everyone will reach for the best within.

Now to follow obedience focussed on yesterday ... and what before might have been.

Self-discipline should be a treasure ... but now with teams we’ll decide the lot.

Manipulating now the pleasure to show history's lessons have been long "forgot".

The team will decide on another’s values ... as birds of a larger flock.

It will rule the whole roost as a prelude ... for the ones who will rise above?

The flock forms around each other's talent and will surely pave the way.

The mediocrity unites the investment ... in time and debate for their sake.

Cross the boundary of their united existence will set them apart from their goals.

United belligerence not muffled or hidden ... to be proved right in their souls.

To work  together and united to stand ... is worthwhile and well-desired

to let then average standards pretend to develop higher levels ... so inspired.

It is like wishing for reality to change ... according to one’s own wants and wishes

and everyone so to walk hand in hand ... eating all from empty dishes.

If everyone was like me “a copy” ... would this world much better be?

Or would it be like stored in a"floppy" to be used by many a "has-been"?
