Incomplete

When i was born a mission was destined, at that moment not known but did exist
Through the years ive gained and lost knowledge of it too careless, so easily to be dismissed
Ive contemplated a strong thought, since young i did never let it go
I knew my purpose was to help others and leave a righteous good path for those to follow
I never knew to want so much can inhabit in one individual, its like my soul can't hold anymore
my wise mind with foolish thoughts is also full no space for nothing to explore
I have a such a need to love but no one found to quench my heart's thirst
No longer in danger of over loving, my heart is in no fear to somehow burst
Im tired of receiving moments of happiness then rapidly taken away
Am i not good enough for absolute bliss isnt my heart and soul and good enough place for it to stay?
Once i find paradise i swear ill catch it in my spirit's jar with a pierced lid
Let it live enclosed like a firefly never to escape in an ungrateful world  dear heavens forbid
