Independence
Remember that time i climbed the fence?
It wasn't big but i was a kid so i found it intense,
It's a fact, everything looks bigger when you're small,
Relying on grown ups to fix you if you fall,
But what if i told you that adults rely too,
Work, money, partners, cars.
Different but daunting to follow fake stars,
You will grow up yet stay the same,
Looking up at the bigger things having those thoughts again,
Don't rely on others when you feel uncertain just take deep breaths and open life's curtain.
