The Individuality of Humans

Sun, 07/26/2015 - 15:40 -- TBeebe

Everybody's different,

And that's fascinating

Everyone's story

Can be captivating.

The tales of their victories,

Their triumphs, their deeds,

The tales of their failures and

Losses and misdeeds.

And yet, we miss out

on hearing these tales,

We pass on the streets

Without the details

As to how they've lived

Out their experienced lives,

What jokes they have heard,

And if they like to high-five.

We can learn a lot from others,

That we can't learn alone,

Books are made of many pages,

Not just one on its own.

I think that it's awesome,

To consider what could be taught,

From meeting someone new,

And exchanging your thoughts.
