Inevitable

Mist that climbs

Hangs in the air like walled vines

First you think

Its all in my mind

then the world

dissipates

before your eyes

life as you knew it

leaves you breathless

uninhibited

unbinds

Things no longer are

yours or

mine

just darkness

and a light

that makes you blind

you are pulled

because gravity

is now gone

all thats left

is soundless

no song

well its your actions in life

that now run the show

up maybe down

smiles or worse faces

way worse then a frown

but who knows

not me

you maybe a butterfly

or a bird with no wings

could be you are now a squirrel

constantly gathering nuts as lifes means

who knows what happens...

but i tell you this

i have been there

i floated through the mists

life has a reason

if you know what i mean
