Inexplainable Color Schemes

Inexplainable color schemes

drip, drop; a faint drizzle

slowly turns

to peaceful rain.

Inexplainable color schemes

you would talk and talk

and I listened to the pitter patter

of every single syllable.

Inexplainable color schemes

a hurricane; I go round and round

but then all is calm

when we are in the eye.

Inexplainable color schemes

the wind changes direction

the rain pours violently,

but chronically.

Inexplainable color schemes

I see the grief in your eyes

a withering smile

a beaten soul.

Inexplainable color schemes

you prepare for a drought

silently praying for rain

as the land wilts around you.

Inexplainable color schemes

drip, drop; a faint drizzle

it turns

to peaceful rain.

Inexplainable color schemes

I want you to be happy

a smile that strengthens me

It rains for a long time.

The rain ends

replaced by magnificent hues

No way to describe those

Inexplainable color schemes.
