Infected

I hear them the frustrated tears beating at the back of my head the Confusion slithering it's tight hold on my heart that much tighter squeezing, gripping working its way into my blood stream now every blood cell's infected someones been telling me there's a cure but i can't find it or maybe i can't afford it maybe clarity is too expesive for me even though I'd humbly drop down to my knees and beg for it it seems just out of my reach my skin cells are weeping for a relief that may never come thirsting for an opportunity stretching to its max but soon it'll reach its limit and break bursting at seems with my infected blood cells covering everybody Damn your Confused now too
