26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything, and will cause you to remember everything I said to you.

Influential

The Spirit is not affected by outside influences

It is fully engulfed in the spiritual realm

Independent from the soul and worldly pretenses

It’s ever drenched with the power of God’s Son   

The sense of the soul and intuition of the Spirit

Are distinctively opposite in their destiny

One travels back to dust and the other to Eternity

One represents death and the other what could be

When both appear similar Christians are confused

Consequently followed by predetermined opinions

Emotion then tries to become part of the Spirit’s vision

And the feelings thought to be directed by The Lord

Strange emotional Christians, who at times were searching

Tend to forget their despair that got them to this point

They will become cold-hearted in matters of the difference

in their love to be justified by the ones, who’re not their own

A search then is on for gifts from the Holy Spirit

Like hunting eggs for Easter for just self and joy

Seeking surely earnestly to fill one’s own basket

Gathering in its own strength, the things it must employ?

Without revelation all, which is written is in vain

God’s truth must be apprehended in our own spirit

Revelation is first qualified for a Christian to move

To empower him/her for service, for nothing less will do
