I am a being

that has been

crafted and made by the wild abandon love of

Human Beings

I do not know

but they still live in me

They live beneath the skin

that

I do not understand

holding tightly onto my

bitter heart.

I have lived tasting bravery

and swallowing the

tang of the

lost self

I have sat inside

dark caves

haunted

by the struggle of young

abandonment

I inhale

the voices of my unknown ancestors/black bones

climbing mountains

and bleeding

freedom

I exhale

the scent of papayas and mangos/

bright colors destined for hope

But..

Nothing…

I feel nothing but the

numbness of the

leaves that hang off

the trees waiting to

fall

slowly descending towards

the cold ground

red noise

and no

silence.
