Inhaler
Be my inhaler,
Because on these cold winter nights
The air hits my lungs,
And I can't stand to breathe.
Be my outlet.
Because when I remember him,
My body cringes,
And I need somewhere safe to go.
Be my shelter,
Because when the thoughts enter,
I am at harm,
And I need somebody to protect me.
Please don't be my abandoner.
Because I can not handle
You leaving me, too.
And I need someone to stay.
