Ink In My Veins

Its feels as though what lacks in my speech I gain in my writing.

Paper and pen make up for all that I'm fighting.

I'm still just as scared to speak as I was before,

but now I know I must speak up so that I can become more.

I wish to become better and I'm trying hardest,

but I don't want to be a robot, grey like all the rest.

I have such a big imagination, ideas running like trains.

I was born to write with this ink in my veins.
