Inner Voice

You may think everything is loud and clear,

But there are some things that you do not hear.

Deep down inside a heart may screech,

But the outside world, it cannot reach.

One's laughter and smile could all be a mask,

But to know the truth, you may need to ask.

Their inner self may be sufferring in fear,

And all it wants, is for somebody else to hear.
