The ins and outs #BecauseILoveYou

Because I love you

simple words.

Multiple meanings

can be heard.

Themes of passion

much can amount.

Themes of possesive

can't live without.

New on the scene

bright young face.

Eyes turn to gaze at the heart wrapped in lace.

And there they are

too perfect to bear.

Smiles bright, charming air

every moment you want them there.

But there's a thin line

between good and bad.

Starts out well

until they get mad.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Breathing heavy, tears fall as they shout
trapped in a circle, can't get out.
Running, raspy, righteous breath
the good is gone, theres nothing left.
Maybe a hit, maybe a word
maybe you can't believe what you've heard.
Nails cracked and bruised as you try to crawl out
manipulative words you believe in and out.
"You can't leave, why would you do that to me
I'm only saying these things "
because I love you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Phyche bruised

but safe and sound.

You found your courage

you found the way out.

Family and friends all there to support

but for some reason you feel out of sorts.

Depressed, distressed, emotions destitute

all the sudden you feel theres nothing left of you.

Falling, crawling, no end in sight

can't look in the mirror I don't want to fight.

Friends can only do so much

your life is dragging but in a rush.

Trapped in skin that you can't stand

mind is a barren, empty land.

Everyone is there

but you feel that no one sees.

Your heart has rotted

it's an unbearable disease.

You've finally given up

but no one understood.

You leave the flag

buried in mud.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They're new on the scene
fresh faced and fair.
They see you sitting
with un-brushed hair.
You catch their eye
and their smile brightens up.
You hide your face
your body closed up.
A tint of hurt in your brow
your energy flurries, get out now!
They ignore your plea
they trot on over.
Your eyes roll
at the sight of this joker.
They come to your side
their voice in your ear.
Stirs up the fellings
the ones you fear.
You take a chance
you give them your name.
Your dead heart beats
with a revived tang.
Get home that night
what have I done.
They're all out to hurt me
no such thing as the one.
You stare at the phone
dreading that text.
Your friends are excited
but you only reflect.
I can't handle the pain
my life can't sustain.
Please don't hurt me
that's all I'm saying.
Time goes by
and friendship blossoms.
A smile returns
you suddeny feel awesome.
Talk about everything
the world's every known.
Conversation never ends
the season of love blows.
Trust and loyalty
the bond shows.
You're there for eachother
don't feel a low.
The family loves them
your friends all swoon.
But there's smothing your hiding,
they ask one afternoon.
After digging and digging
they get to the problem.
You've been avoiding
talking about them.
With weary breath you open up
their loving soul listens and hugs.
"Let me teach you,"
they will say.
"Allow me please
to show you the way."
"Why" you ask
"why do this for me?"
They chuckle and say
"Its simple sweety."
Because I love you.
