Insanity

Once in the dark Forced to the light Drag marks on the floor tinted red. Clawing and fighting Not willing to show What's hidden deep within. Guilt filling till it Starts to overflow The sins are released In shame and betrayal. The emptyness now engulfs You into an absolute Nothingness. Now left alone in the light Where all proclaimed you would Be at peace. Yet the demons reach you In the light at the most Serene of places... Your Mind___

I've always been misunderstood, judged, riddiculded but then again who hasn't. Books became my escape the world I now ventured to no longer black and white. I didn't need to face reality it was on pause, while the words on the pages sprang to life. I started writing for a release turned out I had a talent in it you can say. But as I write the words that once so many adored are now forgotten turns out this is a poets wrost nightmare.
