Insanity
6 o clock in the morning
rejocing on my choices
that i made beforehand
close the caption
im the captain
only one life
it took a while
realizing that
ill grow old and die
but still i look out my window
see the clear blue sky
the sun sayin' hi creeping
behind the city sky line
and the cars, poeple,
all of them inferior
as life passing by
man im just askin why?
drinks some henny
never low on supply
tryna get by
brush my teeth, comb my hair
routine thats callus in my mind
so callus that it could be define
as insanity
carpe dium, always seize the day
cus thats just man in me
we dont got no enemies
except for the one standing before me
causing calamity
thats why meditation is my remedy
a felling so euphoric,
man heavinly
and the other liqour,
killing away my brain cells
quoting "live fast die young"
we dont want longevity
besides they wont remember me
another victim to the cultivated labels created by humanity.
