Insecure Beauty

Am I just his imagination, mix with his fascination

Of a beautiful woman

Drowned by his looks

His lies and his hooks

The love that I knew continued to fail me

Mean mugging me with his dirty looks

Tempted by all his lies,

His dreams of  all his needs

But my insecurity slowly becomes my enemy

Now the things that were not so important to me

Become my worst fear

Turn into reality

That quickly struck me

What am I to do with all the struggle that I continue to face

Standing in the cold weather with nothing but my pain

Wanting to know if smoking is really ok??

Ok for me to feel the way I feel and still keep a smile on my face

However you can see right though me

With all my insecure lies and the tragedy

That was bestrode upon me

Now I see the me that I really can be

Inside and outside my insecure beauty
