Insecurity
Dear Insecurity,
You who lurks begins every corner
dissecting my every part
in no particular order.
Many could say I mirror a work of art,
yet a single exhale from your mouth brings the greatest torture.
But I will soon start
to build my impenetrable armor
to protect my weary heart.
