Insert Fears Here

To my deepest fear,

Thank you for molding and creating me to become the person that I am today. When I am faced with adversity or a challenge, I can always count on you to affect my decision so strongly, and enhance the impact of my decision as well. In school, you are always following me, lurking in the shadows, but I always can feel your breath on my skin, making my heart beat faster and faster. Even when I come home from school, and feel like I have finally escaped the prison that you keep me in, I am still trying to break free from your chains. The constant butterflies in my stomach, and sweat on my palms, keep me on my toes, but also in a state of distress. The anxiety that overwhelms my body when I hear about another accident or that someone was killed turns me into another person. It steals my hope and faith, making me paranoid, and wants me to be someone I’m not. I’m different and even though I might look sane on the outside, there is a stage 5 hurricane going on in my head. One thing may go wrong and my entire world is flipped around, but I keep fighting. It doesn’t matter that I’m different or that I may be somewhat crazy, lost in my own little world. I was given this life because I’m strong enough to live it, and strong enough to become the person I strive to be. I work hard every day. I get up in the morning and get ready for whatever challenge I must overcome next. And it doesn’t matter what that challenge may be because I am strong enough to fight and win. So thank you worry, anxiety, and fear for making me the strongest, most powerful warrior I know.

Sincerely,

Your worst nightmare

This letter is about becoming a strong, independent person who doesn't have to rely on someone else.

The only thing that someone has to worry about is conquering their fears and being a warrior.
