On The Inside
Jesus,
I have no love.
I have no mercy.
I have no humility.
I am filled with
Every kind of wickedness,
evil, greed, and depravity.
Life is all
about me
and my own reality.
And yet,
on the outside
I am a picture of morality.
I try to save
myself by following
every rule and legality.
But to no avail
for it is
all futality.
I can not
save myself from
my dark immorality.
Jesus can you
save me from
mortality?
