Inside Looking In


I once was happy

Doing everything I was told

But

That was never really me

 

I was never the person to just sit back

And let others dictate my life…

Where have I gone?

Because

That was never really me…

 

So now

Here I am,

In the room

But

I only feel myself slowly drifting away
