Inside my head

What I fear most,

I cannot run away from

My thoughts haunt me day and night.

What's wrong with me?

You're too fat!

You're not pretty enough!

No one loves you!

I can end my thoughts but then what...

No! I am

Loved

Smart

Beautiful

A note each day upon my wall remind me

Of who I really am

Not just the thoughts inside my head
