Insight

Piece by piece life is placed No more moments I wish to waste A leap of faith A risk taken Oh Lord, I pray to not be forsaken I close my eyes and walk to you To show my trust is not a ruse Afraid for what you have in store I open my eyes to sluts and whores Easily I stray from where I want to be When I'm off the path I beg and plead Lord I need you, take me home Soon a little light is shown Drained and hopeless I follow it Leads me to a darkened pit Scared and afraid I take a step Only to find there is no depth Soon I realized I've not left But been blinded from my path Now I continue to walk eyes closed Praying to God for more might God, oh God please give me Insight
