Insight Sparked by Confidence
Confidence.
I need you.
I desire you.
I crave you.
I’m jealous of you.
You have the spark that creates options,
The presence that demands attention,
The switch to turn anything in your favor,
I’m jealous of you.
I have the spark that deems incomparable to yours,
The cowered soul that hides in the shadows,
The switch that turns the lights off,
I’m jealous of you.
But you will not stand in my way.
I have the time to find my inspiration,
The energy to generate glowing paths,
The drive to surpass the darkness,
I’m jealous of you?
I still need you.
I still crave you.
I still desire you.
But I am not jealous of you.
Confidence taught me that.
