insomnia

9 o'clock PM

lay down.

close your eyes.

9:30

realize sleep isnt coming.

switch on the TV.

10 o'clock

climb into the shower.

close the curtain.

10:30

dry yourself off.

walk to your room.

11 o'clock

begin that new book.

shed a few tears.

11:30

slide the book over.

pace back and forth.

12 o'clock

lay back down.

unlock your phone.

1 o'clock

turn your phone off.

lay in silence.

2 o'clock

remember your past.

cry.

3 o'clock

dry your tears.

open the bedside drawer.

3:30

wipe away the blood.

4 o'clock

close your eyes.

4:30

fall asleep.

5 o'clock

your alarm is going off.

time to get ready.
