Inspiration

Inspiration doesn't come from the heavens.

It doesn't come in a heavy rain in a desert,

nothing short of a miracle.

It doesn't come as a voice over a speaker system,

booming and impossible to ignore.

It comes in the peaceful moments,

in the corners of quiet minds.

It comes in moments of chaos,

when you can't think fast enough.

Inspiration cannot be found

It leaks into your life like a mountain stream.

With no map to be used,

patience is your only tool.
