Inspiration

It isn't so simple, the question of what inspires me

For inspiration is not something one can posess as their own, rather

It is earned, as a reward for the absorption of information that may come to us in various ways.

It is a way for one to create their own story by listening to the stories of others.

For inspiration is never random or spontaneous,

It is like one's own Frankenstein's monster, crudely constructed from bits and pieces of knowledge not always of known origin

Sub-consciously scraped from the furthest depths of one's retaining memory.
