Instincts

How, why, was that who I am?

Gradual decay of truth – undetected.

Inching away further and further.

Come back! No, go...

Is this only all there is?

Instinctively on this cadence of chaos.

Illusive love and cryptic chaos

Cause me to probe who I am.

Grasping so tight; yet is

my restraint able to go undetected?

I let go—accept to let go

Where lies quiver and escape further.

It’s true, the further

I sprint from chaos,

the more hope arises to go

And find somewhere where I am

Free. Where love isn’t undetected.

Where love is and always is.
