Intellect, in this community?

Intellectuality?

Do we know what that means do we have it? It's a fable to my people. Oh, here comes the "she talk white, walks white, dresses white." Excuse me, but what the hell does that mean? Have we really given whites all the things we need. Education, they got that. Money, they got that. And we stuck in a pit of stupidity, we'll hog that. Guess we'd rather be stuck for the rest of our lives than break barriers, we too lazy to strive. So, we proud saying "I can't read" and we're proud not knowing what true success means. And we'll kill eachother over the next Jordan's, and then get a 12 on the act? See, that's stupidity, I won't involve me, because I know myself, and I'm better, you see? Why in the hell, would I sit & let those stupid, racist ignorant beings make fun of me and my neighbors because we can't even speak. We blab all day, fighting eachother. But when you bring in another race, my people undercover, that's stupidity. I don't get how we can't believe in eachother. I bet you other races work together real well. We'd rather spend 20 years shooting back and forth at eachother over some drugs while they surpass us, and make real money, that's stupidity. And they say, someone needs to talk to me because instead of shutting up in front of the man, I speak my feelings. They told me, "oh? You want to go to college? Don't count on it. Go to school, fly by, get pregnant?" The black female conspiracy. I turned around and said, "what do you think I look like?" Got a 4.0 on 'em now they begging me to speak. We scared to dream, scared to see, that we are better them every other race, that's stupidity. And I ain't saying no names, but we're all born the same, what's your potential? You can't blame someone for your brain! "Oh, he's just a little smarter." So would you be, if you stopped tweeting, texting, instagramming, picked up a book and read. That's stupidity. Ain't no man born with a large vocabulary, he did that. I ain't slaying nobody, but we need to get out of stupidity. Ask a young black man, "what do you want to be?" I can tell you 70% of the answers right now, "uh, a basketball player, rapper, football player!" What happened to doctors, lawyers, CEOS, is sports and rhyming all we know? And I ain't downing no one, because I write rhymes as a living, but I just wish that my men had a little AMBITION. We living in a white mans institution, and they waiting on you to mess up, to put you in juvie. Not long after that, they got you in prison. See, y'all don't see that's today's "enslavement." I don't care what they say, I'm gonna pave the way. I'm gonna say what I wanna say, and do things my own way, just so you can see, the truth behind me, and you and you and you, WE, are not stupid, so lets get out of stupidity.
