Intense Cruelty

Intense Cruelty

All I wanted was to feel loved

 but instead of affection

Im only pushed and shoved

Can't talk to my friend, because she knows

why I am wrapping my briuses

in stylish bows

Not only are you controlling

but you are jealous too

because somehow you think

I belong to you

I'm stupid, I'm fat, and I sleep with other guys

And I continue to blame myself

even though I know those are lies

Thrice I tried to leave

imitating a ghost in the night

but you awoke and saw me

and threatened me with your life

I've concluded I can't leave

because you looked so pitiful in my eyes
