Intentions
Intentions
By: Mike Burroughs
The city has fallen into darkness.
These straightened roads have tarnished because of the shardrpness and heartless minds of the higher power.
Thus making us feel that our past descendants didn't even have the willpower.
But they did...cuz they fought
They Fought, and fought
Just to be free
just to see that you and me
Is one unit and one big community.
So i ask What's the intentions??
what's the intentions now,
What was the intentions then????
It's all the same.
They wanna divide the community,
Divide the unity.
Take you away from me
So they can say that we all need to live separately.
The sad thing is they're lettin crooked cops kill innocent people constantly.
Praising the police department damn I'm telling you this won't be me.
Even if they beat me physically, break me down mentally.
I will continue to scream out "for God did not put us on this earth to be divided but to be united he did so I forbid you to break me down and say I'm wrong for whatever i did!!!"
For whatever I did, or should I say for whatever they did..
Cuz they're the ones that fought,
They're the ones that got traded off and even bought....
Got two to the dome for sneaking off and getting caught...
The continuous onslaught
Is the blood thats splattered everywhere... Forget what you thought.
Forget what you thought because the white man was the one that had tied that knot.
Hung a brother and took that shot ..
Took that shot.
Intentions.
