Backgrounds,

Through the shared human experience.

We share common needs

Wants

And dreams.

I’ve connected to strangers,

Enemies

And classmates

Through my pieces.

I’ve changed minds

And touched souls,

And I’ve paved myself a bridge of words

Past the people

Stretching into the open air

Into the clouds

And mist

And on through eternity.
