Intermission
We move in perfect harmony
We feel the rhythm that we keep
On the floor, we are one
But that’s only when the curtain’s drawn
When we walk, we are hand in hand
When we kiss, it’s a true romance
The crowd, it goes wild
But the pain’s hidden behind my smile
The curtain is drawn
Your costume comes off
My makeup starts smearing
But they want an encore
You look into my eyes
And tell me to fake it
The people are waiting
We must give them more
Let our love explode on the stage floor
Show what you want to keep behind doors
The people they love us and that is for certain
Now give them a show
Don’t draw back the curtain
