Internal Breaking

You feel like you’re falling down,

Breaking against the ground.

Why does it hurt so much,

When your tears start to rush,

Your cheeks begin to blush,

And your heart feels like it’s being crushed?

You try to hold it in,

Because saying it would be a sin.

But there’s never no escaping,

From one’s internal breaking.
