Internal Struggle

The mind, a very complex tool.

you want to get inside of  it and examine every piece that makes the tool one.

But none know.

Just what is within the head.

At night you sit and lie in your bed.

There the mind plays games.

It thinks ahead.

You try to keep up, but it leaves you instead.

The inner struggle.

It haunts you during day.

Terrified during the night.

You become angered, and actions are done out of spite.

Afterwards you give up, nothing was done right.

But faith kept you going.

Faith is what I need.

Faith kept me from the inside wanting to bleed.

Out, I stare at the suns gaze and there I say.

Faith is all I need.
