International insecurities

If anything could be changed it would be how people in the world see themselves. It would be the frown that comes upon some people's faces when they look into the mirror. It would be someones need of pounding on makeup because society doesn't accept how they naturally look. It would the plastic surgery someone gets because they don't like something they do or do not have. It would be the insults people get, either indirectly or directly. The change would have everyone believe that they are beautiful, and appreciate other's natural beauty. Skin color, race, age, and gender would not matter in a self-confident world.
