Intimacy is my dreaded enemy

“Nobody likes me Everybody hates me I’m going to go eat worms. “ What could be the meaning? Did you know they act as intervening? Early on, stabbing the hearts out of tiny creatures, Who are helpless to listen to those bullying-advocacy lectures. If you are not one with issues You would not understand the thoughts residing deep within brain tissue. The constant anxiety and squeezing of the chest As they hold their breath, striving to be the very best. You say, “You are beautiful” I hear , “Your vanity is cruel.” You say, “Please come with me” I hear, “God, her presence! Will we ever be free!?” You say, “I love you” I hear, “Shut up so I can beat your heart to black and blue.” Red stains my heart, That’s where it all starts. Actually instead, It may be my head. It’s what sings me false lullabies With an acidy surprise. It whispers I’m nothing, That I’ll never bring Anything good about It’s nonsense I spout No one could ever love one such as me Because I cannot see The difference between love and hate They are connected by an infinite gate Open up one, let in the other This is the pain I must suffer.
