The paranoia sinks in

I know it isn't real

I can't let it win

Push it deep down

Don't let it surface

Everything is going how it should

Everything is great

In fact, it's perfect

Almost as if my brain doesnt want my happiness

Looks for excuses to make me question this

Have to keep my head up

And let those thoughts be dismissed.
