Invisible

You don't even know I exist.

Am I that invisible?

I wish you would notice me.

If only as a friend.

I like you.

A lot.

I see the way you treat everyone.

Like they're special.

I see how smart you are.

Even though you laugh when people tell you that you are.

I want to know you.

The real you.

I want to make you smile.

But you don't even know I exist.

It's stupid that I like you.

I know it won't happen.

You could never like me like that.

And I can get used to that.

Eventually.

But for now?

It kills me inside.

Guess I am that invisible......
