Invisible To The Eyes
It doesn’t matter what I do or say,
I remain invisible.
My friends don’t see me neither does the world,
students walking to their other classes don’t even see me.
Even teachers look through me.
I often wonder if I’m even alive.
I lie awake at night and contemplate,
“am I alive or am I a ghost?”
No one can see me but I can see them,
staring right through me.
I guess I must be magic or just a shattered dream,
I’m that unnoticeable.
Invisibility is my superpower.
I’m a brisk of wind,
can’t be seen but can be heard.
I’m fighting a constant battle every day,
a battle that no one understands
except the ones that are invisible to your eyes.
If I could walk through walls,
would you be able to see me then?
