Invisible Wings
Knowing and not doing is the pain of the times
my mind
cannot control this world though possible
I know the potential to hold is so close
I fold unto my boldness
and quit to start to go, oh
there he knows that he’s over
drives a Honda rover
the brink into the clovers
and wishes
because he misses to fix his stitches
and minds to pray
because he is separate to his God
the feeling kind of odd
‘bring him back’
a message sent to the Lord
he’s not a frog
maybe more hopefully a lot
but begot
here he is
hot off the rot of the mist
that he missed but the dew fades to you
but I quit seeing through
a foo - he is for looking
he can’t see clearly anymore
the bee hovers with honey store
but none for you money whore
I am lost at my cost
and cannot find the cross
and my boss should be fought
because I am not there nor anywhere
nor lost in a prayer
I am here
but
where that mirror entangles my thoughts
for I yearn
to be thrown in there
and escape to another world
where time is an error
If I cared they’d see
but hopefully they don’t
the expectant bee makes more
but honey I won’t
don’t expect from me
because I’m done with being a dolt
maybe I will (make more)
but who’s care to care
with my share of nothing I’d prepare
every day in my lair
in my hair a million things
waiting to grow wings but
I’d snatch them off
and say ‘bees you won’t catch the breeze’
you’ll lay here beside a man who thought
he thought he’d lost his wings
