Island of Freedom

I could not live,

I could not be,

On an island bound by sea.

Lost and forgot

All that I sought

Is freedom that made me free.

Begot to me

By my country

For those that gave their life for

Equality

Identity

To create what was unseen

By you and me.

I don't need money or cars

Or jewelry

Norhing will ever compare;

All I ever need

Is to be free.
