Island Woes

If the waves hit

And I lose my home

On the island I sit

The sands I roam

There is one thing I wish

Could accompany me here

And it is not a fish

But a beautiful baby deer

The deer and I could frolic

Across the sandy plains

Live in a state of isotonic

With no bad names

But alas I am alone

On this reservation for one

And on the island I become stone

Waiting to finally be done
