The Isle of Never More

I've died inside

I can never love again.

You've stripped my heart

of all it's necessary parts,

Once you filled it,

But now you've

sucked it dry of all

warmth and joy.

Do you even

see my red eyes?

Does it even

hurt you anymore

when you have

a memory of us

and then realize that

it's just a fading ghost

of what can never be again?
