Isn't.
Because of you
I know what Love is
Or rather-
Isn't.
Love isn't 16 missed calls
within the span of
8 minutes
While I'm at my prom
Love isn't being afraid to go to
School because you'll stop me
in the hallway
And leave bruises on my arm
Love isn't ignoring my friends
Because you think
They are planning
To take me away from you
Love isn't threatening
To spread intimate pictures
Of me
To get me to talk to you
Love isn't being called
Pathetic. Monster.
And being hated by everyone in school
Because I tried to save your life
Love isn't trying to hang yourself
In front of me
So I won't leave you
Three months after
My father shot himself.
